Dave Belford has worked in the real estate industry for twelve years. Mr. Belford is a key member of the Broad Street leasing team, assisting clients in the Washington, D.C. marketplace. His responsibilities include business development, market research, lease analysis and financial modeling. Mr. Belford's extensive knowledge of the Washington, D.C. area market activity and his familiarity with current software systems, have helped him successfully represent clients in every aspect of the leasing and acquisition process.
