Collin Brown has been working in the commercial real estate industry for several years, where he has gained significant knowledge of the DC Metropolitan markets. Mr. Brown has an extensive understanding of corporate real estate ownership, real estate leasing, financial structures, business development, sales, management, and marketing.
Mr. Brown is fully dedicated to his clients and achieving their desired goals as he oversees the full spectrum of every project. He strives to thoroughly understand every client and their needs which enables him to effectively strategize and implement optimal solutions.

Before joining the Broad Street team, Mr. Brown was a partner at Genau Group Realty in Washington, D.C., where he focused on tenant leasing and acquisition assignments. Out of college he began working for CoStar Group, an international commercial real estate research and database company. This is where Mr. Brown quickly integrated himself into the commercial real estate industry.

Mr. Brown graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with a focus on real estate.
Mr. Brown is a visionary into the future and an advocate for sustainable and moral business practices. In his free time, Mr. Brown can be found at DC sporting events, skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, or sailing the Chesapeake Bay as he is an avid outdoorsman.
