Marc Fechter has worked in the commercial real estate industry for ten years.  He specializes in investment sale and leasing assignments in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area.  With his broad range of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Fechter provides services to international, national, and local companies as well as associations.  He is well versed in the Washington, D.C. area market activity and has a wealth of experience conducting comparative market studies, generating pro forma statements, and analyzing leases.

Experience

Prior to joining Broad Street Realty, Mr. Fechter was an Associate Vice President with Summit Commercial Real Estate a boutique brokerage firm in Washington, D.C. In this role he was responsible for Office leasing and Sales throughout the Washington, D.C. region. He was previously a Business Development Manager for a local Architecture firm in Washington, D.C., where he pursued development projects.  He has held positions with The CoStar Group, a Commercial Real Estate research company based in Washington, D.C.  He trained brokers on how to best use information to close more deals and launched various products and markets across the country.

Mr. Fechter resides in the Columbia Heights Community of Washington, D.C.  He is highly involved in his community working with Boy Scouts of America, Autism Speaks, Bike to the Beach, and the High Speed Rail Association.
