William F. Feller Vice President
William (Bill) Feller has more than 25 years of experience in the sale and leasing of commercial property including office, industrial, retail, flex space, and raw development land. Mr. Feller has represented both landlords and tenants and is an expert at marketing commercial space and identifying acquisition opportunities. His experience includes lease negotiations, managing interior space planning and tenant move-ins, financial analysis, developing marketing materials, and identifying acquisition opportunities.
