Melissa Nochlin assists businesses and investors with their leasing, acquisition, and disposition needs in the greater Denver area. Her experience enables her to serve as both a strategic advisor and transactional expert for non-profit organizations and associations, local and national retail companies and related commercial entities.

Prior to joining Broad Street, Ms. Nochlin worked for Share our Strength, a national anti-hunger organization where she served as Director of Development focused on strategic partnerships, organizational advancement, special event/project management and volunteer recruitment and retention. She has served as a Director of Development and Communications for NPES, a private, non-sectarian school in Chicago where she managed a capital project campaign, strategic planning efforts, and internal and external communications. She also worked in development for Susan G Komen for the Cure and St. Vincent de Paul & Marillac Social Centers.

Ms. Nochlin holds a Master of Public Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ball State University. She also earned a Certificate in Strategic Marketing for Non-profit Organizations from Northwestern University.
Ms. Nochlin is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado.
Ms. Nochlin resides in the greater Denver area with her husband and daughter. Melissa is an avid volunteer with Share Our Strength, a national organization working to end childhood hunger. She is also a member of Mile High United Way's Women's Business Alliance and helps to plan the organization's annual Women's Luncheon. In her free time, you will find her dining at the latest restaurant concept, snowboarding, hiking or working on her vegetable garden.
