Nathan Stern Associate
A Colorado native, Nathan uses his area knowledge and connections to assist retail businesses in finding the right locations, and landlords to find tenants who will thrive in their properties. As a property owner and former coffee shop owner himself, Nathan understand the importance of the landlord/tenant relationship, allowing him to provide valuable insight to clients and set them up for success running their businesses.

Nathan has been a retail-focused commercial broker in the Denver area since 2013. Prior to joining Broad Street, Nathan worked as a broker with The Zall Company and Feder Commercial Realty Advisors. He is also the co-founder and President of DRI Goods, Denver's Retail Incubator, a nonprofit which helps entrepreneurs launch their first retail business by providing business development, mentorship, capital and brokerage services.

Nathan holds a BA in Management and Society from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received is MBA and MURP (Master of Urban and Regional Planning) from the University of Colorado at Denver.
Nathan resides in Southeast Denver with his wife and daughter. In addition to DRI Goods, he is on the boards of the Reciprocity Collective, Re:Vision, and the Denver Carolina Club. In his free time, Nathan enjoys playing indoor soccer and boards games, reading, and taking family outings around Denver.
